The same day a judge denied Britney Spears' request to have her abusive and manipulative father removed from her conservatorship, another court allowed Bill Cosby — an admitted r*pist + sexual assaulter — to go free.

It took hundreds of stories and 60 brave survivors to come forward against Cosby. He ADMITTED his guilt. Yet he still gets to walk free.

We live in a country where a r*pist, is allowed his freedom, yet a woman is not allowed autonomy over her own body, life and career.

It’s infuriating, devastating and as a woman it’s also terrifying. We aren’t believed, we aren’t safe and the institutions that are *supposed* to protect us, more often than not, fail us.

After seeing cases like this, how are we supposed to believe in that system?

theres this newer and ~woker~ version of this, “not all jews are zionists (but all zionists are jews”. is not only… misinformed and antisemitic but is often a distraction.

a good portion of violent antisemites, including neo-nazis, are zionists, because they want us gone. it didn’t work when they tried to kill us all, so getting us out of their sight is the best they can legally get.

it’s easier to say zionism is strictly “a jewish thing” than to examine how zionism feeds on antisemitism, and see the amount of governments that have and still do give and receive military assistance from israel. how the us has been complicit in genocide and war crimes alongside israel since it was founded? russia? chad? the philippines? bulgaria? 

israel is collaborating and cuddling up with extreme right-winged European leaders. israel excuses and ignores violent antisemitism when it fits.
