Obviously you’re allowed to dislike any character you want but if you’re giving a reason why, don’t say some bullshit like “angeldust sexually harassed Husk but the show treats it as ok because it’s gay” like what? ? You mean the harmful coping mechanism that Angeldust has because of the sexual abuse he faces? The coping mechanism that the show portrays as bad and harmful?

Angeldust copes by glamorizing and trying to force a “everyone just wants me and thinks I’m a bad bitch” mindset to try and have a sense of control, when Husk constantly pushes him away it breaks that mindset that he desperately tries to maintain to cope, and it sends him into a spiral, but when husk and Angel talk Husk both recognizes that the coping mechanism is harmful but he also supports him and tries to help him. And also Husk clearly forgave Angel for his behavior.

Remember victims are still victims even if they’re aren’t perfect

Kou is not at all as naive as the fandom makes him out to be about super naturals while Teru is the one who is actually naive.

Because like think about it, Kou and Teru were indoctrinated their whole lives into thinking that every single supernatural is evil but when Kou sees the first sign that that isn’t true and much more complex than that he immediately questions it (the young exorcist arc) and when he sees that supernaturals are able to have the capacity for good he comes to the conclusion that it’s wrong to immediately profile every single supernatural as evil and then kill them for that yet at the same time he doesn’t believe that all supernaturals are good either he sees them as complex conscious creatures that can be good or bad.

But Teru sees supernaturals as just bad even if he sees evidence of them being chill and minding their business, acting good, not attacking him etc yet he keeps on denying it and saying that they’re all bad.

Aidairo is hinting Kou as a queer character at the cosmic level by making him gradually serve more and more cunt each official art. I just know it
