There is no kiss, no hug, not even a smile between the two. Lydia shows more emotion running to Jackson than she ever showed to Stiles. Stiles is so insecure he has to rip Lydia from Jackson while Lydia squeals in Jacksons’ arms. When Stiles says he lost a toe saving Derek, Lydia tells him to get over it (???).
Zero romantic well, anything, really. They either don’t look at each other at all or look annoyed / divorced. (unless you count Stiles holding 2 of Lydia’s fingers when she panics romantic but i know y’all do cause you also see Void threatening Lydia as sexy LMAO)
They don’t even hold hands in the very last scene, in fact, Stiles never reaches for Lydia’s hand, putting his own into pockets instead.
Meaning, they kissed in 6x10 and decided the better of it. Awkward. I wish writers left them be best friends, they were a kickass tandem, but instead their friendship got wasted…
- Stiles and Derek meetup scene aka both of them being adorable idiots. Also- i don’t believe their story. If Stiles DID lose a toe, he should be limping. He is not. Which means either the story is BS (but why would Derek and Stiles hide the truth from the pack?) OR they spent at least a couple of weeks away from BH while Stiles healed. *if you know what i mean*
- Scott , you heroic idiot, why would you claw your eyes out? Use a blindfold my man! Anyway, the bad guy is defeated, Scott is happy with Malia, all is well. (Also, true love kiss apparently helps grow eyeballs back. Okay. Sounds fake, but okay.)
- Nogitsune!Stiles is back!!! For 30 seconds, but still.
- Malia and Derek hug in the very last scene! Yes! So here for them being friends and family!!
- no set-off scene for Parrish or Sheriff Stilinski. Why?!
- Melissa and Argent are officially a couple. I would’ve preferred her with Sheriff, but this is cute too.
Now i’m waiting for all the gifts :D
