This is the slimmest she uses. It only holds one wetting though. She's been wearing since about the age of 24.

She prefers the pull up style for a number of reasons, mainly as they are more convenient, look and feel like regular underwear (makes her feel somewhat more 'normal'), and are slightly slimmer than the diaper style. As she works in a legal office environment and is still fairly young, there is the pressure of competing with the other women in the fashion stakes, so has to fit them underneath modern clothing (hence always dresses and skirts). Also they don't  tend to rustle like the plastic backed diaper does in a quiet office.

I've hundreds of photos of her but I have to be careful what I post. She's pretty high up in the executive level and I don't want to jeopardize her career. I'll see what I can find.
