Somehow at 20 I've made this choice instead of any of the treatments I was in in my teens 😭😭

It's soooo fun and the whole "damn this is probably very wrong" only makes it better but I knowwwww this is doomed bc we are two sick people 🤸🤸

This is resulting in me being over exposed to those behaviors and literally receiving like tips and tricks from their program ciriculumn to fall deeper into my ED and relapse fully ☠️☠️☠️

(Not doing IFS groups, allowing water 24/7 for chronic illness, and getting approved leave for my already scheduled doctors appointments)
