Hi guys, this is my first tutorial blog on how I edit my shots. I will choose some of my best pictures and show you how to edit them on adobe Lightroom in order to get the same look.
Just keep in mind that these settings do not work the same way in all shots. Some may look great and some others may be awful.
I always like starting by removing chromatic aberrations and applying profile corrections.
Then as you can see in the screenshot below is how I changed the contrast, exposure, highlights, etc.
Then comes the tone curve. I like putting some fade to my pictures. Do not over do it with the fading.
The tone curve is a very powerful tool that needs lots of practice in order to master. I am by not mean an expert, I have many things to learn and I think the best way is just to change the settings, and see what are the results. For example, what I’ve learned is that the slightest changes to the curve induces big changes to the image. Just play with it.
Next I always like changing the HSL, saturation and luminance of colours. Here did not touch the luminance.
Next, I sharpened the shots and added some dehaze which makes the shot a little darker but in my opinion the result is amazing.
AND finally, just edit the camera calibration settings in order to get that orange and teal vibe, and voila!!
Hope you like it and use it. Just save this as a preset so that you can later use it in other pictures as well.
