Representing one of the only two couples featuring named characters, Galga of the Knights (introduced ch12 iirc) is in a committed relationship with another man. Without spoiling too much, their involvement in the story since their introduction as a couple has drawn rather unsubtle parallels to real life homophobia. So yes, we have confirmed LGBT characters with a role, and who's role is a fantasy metaphor for real life oppression faced by gay couples.

Despite being an incredibly common ship, Qifrey and Olruggio have nothing romantic or sexual confirmed in the story. Another common ship is between Coco and Agathe. While they are not in a relationship and we can't truly confirm anything, Agathe clearly has feelings for Coco, it's just their nature hasn't been laid down spelled out.

You can say that doesn't count as much as you can stretch to say it does, if you ask me. Most of the online english speaking fandom is LGBT and consider Agathe to have a crush if not be in love. I've also seen straight fans think otherwise. These characters being kids it's unlikely we'll get them dating "for real".
