passion and growth... and integrity..?
i guess no matter how much we try it’s hard to escape the conflicts of people. shits never “easy”.. if you have a talent and people want to use/exploit it i say YOU have the leverage, YOU call the shots. if somebody doubts you and you’re ability to exceed the stars, move on. you really can’t spare the mental bandwidth of doubting yourself, not when it’s gonna take the amount of strength you’re gonna need to do what you want to do. leaving is hard. it doesn’t have to be… but it is. it gets easier when you realize they need YOU. it gets even better when you finally see everyone is just protecting themselves… and you probably should too. i’m hoping the difference between the people we idolize and think of as geniuses and the idiots is the drive beneath doubt keeping your head down in the work when you’re not sure where it’s going or why you’re doing it.. maybe not, idk “cause the ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do” or something like that. -apple think different campaign
