β°ββ€Suspected Narcissism βͺ Empathy Type: I experience affective empathy without compassion. I deeply feel what others feel but it doesnβt automatically come with the instinct to help. My empathy is experiential and sensory, not relational βͺ Emotional Mirror: Iβm often described as a highly sensitive and accurate emotional mirror. I resonate with othersβ feelings as if theyβre my own βͺ Empathic Hunger: My emotional empathy creates an intense internal drive to feel emotions deeply. Any emotional reaction, good or bad, can excite me. I view this as a way to get to know you better. when I'm actively emotional sensation seeking and interacting with you. βͺFeeling emotions because of others instead of my own through my brand of empathy is different and can feel addicting to me in a way my own feeling don't satisfy: Anger feels hot and heavy, sorrow thick and quiet, and affection like candy... βͺ Cognitive Empathy: I use cognitive empathy to understand others intellectually. I can logically recognize pain or distress and choose to respond compassionately even when I donβt feel the urge to βͺ Motivation: My motivation is self-reflective, not prosocial. I help because I know itβs right or meaningful, not because I feel compelled by emotion to do so βͺ Transparency: When interacting with me, know that my empathy may appear different. I still care about emotional honesty and genuine expression I just process it through a different lens βͺ Respect: Please engage with curiosity, not pity or moral judgment. Understanding how my empathy works helps us connect more authentically
β°ββ€BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) βͺ Consistency is Key: Please try to be consistent in your words and actions. Sudden changes can be very unsettling for me. βͺ Clear Communication: Be as clear and straightforward as possible. Ambiguity/Vagueness can cause me anxiety. This includes not leaving relationship labels ambiguous And vague/incomplete messages that may trigger me. βͺ Validation Matters: Validate my feelings, even if you don't fully understand them. It helps me feel heard and understood. βͺ Boundaries: Help me understand and respect boundaries by gently reminding me of them without making me feel rejected. If you can't do both: me understanding your boundaries > my feelings. ALWAYS. βͺ Patience: I may have intense emotional reactions. Patience and calmness can help me regain my balance, again do not harm yourself in an attempt to help me. You should always come first. I will handle myself.
β°ββ€Autism I would rather be hurt for a moment, than go on hurting others or be oblivious to the impact of my actions. Implying, hinting, and soft suggestions will not show me the important of your words or the seriousness of the situation. I felt this needed to be made more clear since the points below did not make this clear enough to some people. βͺ Clear Instructions: Provide clear, step-by-step instructions if you need me to do something. βͺ Literal Language/Tone indicators: Use tone indicators or Avoid sarcasm, idioms, and figurative language if you refuse tone indicators, as I might take things literally. This also includes being blunt/direct about anything we need to speak on, to show the seriousness of a situation. βͺ Routine: Respect my routines and tell me in advance if there will be changes. βͺ Sensory Sensitivities: I might be sensitive to lights, sounds, textures, or smells. Please avoid overwhelming environments when possible. βͺ Social Cues: I might not pick up on social cues. If I seem unaware of something important, please tell me directly and kindly.
β°ββ€Trust Issues βͺ Honesty: Be honest with me. Even small lies and lies by omissions can damage my trust significantly. βͺ Transparency: Be open about your intentions and actions. Hidden agendas make me very anxious. Bluntly tell me anything you need to say. βͺ Reliability: Follow through on your promises. Reliability builds trust over time. βͺ Respect My Pace: Don't rush me into trusting you. Trust takes time to build, and I need to go at my own pace. βͺ Safe Space: Create a safe environment where I feel comfortable expressing myself without fear of judgment or betrayal.
β°ββ€Sexual Trauma Survivor βͺ Content Warnings: Please provide content warnings for sexual or triggering topics before discussing them. This allows me to mentally prepare myself or opt out if needed. βͺ Consent is Key: Respect my boundaries regarding sexual topics and interactions. Don't pressure me into discussing or engaging in anything I'm not comfortable with. βͺ Mindful Language: Be mindful of the language you use. Avoid the F-slur and R-slur in particular, please. Safe Space: Create a safe and non-judgmental environment where I feel comfortable expressing myself without fear of judgment or re-traumatization. βͺ Validation: Validate my feelings and experiences related to my trauma. Avoid minimizing or dismissing them, even if you don't fully understand. βͺ Boundaries: Respect my boundaries around flirting and sexual content. Understand that my behavior (for example: Sexual and flirty jokes) may be a coping mechanism, and I may need support rather than encouragement in this area. βͺ Supportive Response: If I disclose my trauma or struggles, respond with empathy, support, and validation. Avoid offering unsolicited advice or trying to "fix" me. βͺ Consistent Support: Be consistent in your support and availability. Knowing I have someone reliable to turn to can provide a sense of safety and stability.
πΎ Polyamorous
β°ββ€Lovers (by the tag for them): βͺ N/A
SINGLE. and NOT ready to mingle. β°ββ€Here is why:
β°ββ€ learning to manage bpd βͺ I struggle when alone and don't want it to harm my relationships βͺ I struggle with a small support system (that would put undo burden on whoever i would date at this time) βͺ i am working on being self sufficient (Like finding affordable therapy &/or a job to get therapy and get my own place) β°ββ€ 3 year's knowing/dating: they left my life. βͺ this happened w/out proper communication of their boundaries b4 braking up. βͺ I unintentionally made it hard for them to have a social life without stressing over me βͺ the resulting betrayal and loss of (3) friends without a word from them, just the brake up shook my faith in love and trust! β°ββ€ Voiid confessed they DON'T love me! βͺ they confessed this while i was struggling from the other brake up not even a week prior to this.
