SO! I use this brush on this setting for a majority of my shading: 

What I like best about this brush is the texture it can give, albeit sometimes messy and the layering: 

I start on the background usually and fill in space I want the panel to take up. This can be pretty time consuming because the brush lags frequently and to get it the level I want you do have to layer it. 

Once I have that filled out I may erase bits for effect depending on the panel or what I want to highlight as the focal point, in this image it was pretty clearly Jevil: 

Erase or add a white layer depending on that works best at that moment:

Add the shades I’m using for him, it should be noted I’m only using two reds in this entire comic. The red’s I use on Jevil and Lancer are the same red but I simply lower the opacity to the level I want it to be and set on multiply: 

Start tossing a bit of shading on the main character, for this panel I clipped my colors and shading to the white layer to keep from having too much overlap with the background: 

And to finish it off I add white highlights, make last-minute corrections (Like I did with his eyes), and sometimes slap the last gradient on top set to multiply: 

Taa daaaa! 

So my younger brother @thelostmoongazer has been really into this totally unknown game called Deltarune? Anyways, he’s been playing with a few comics of good ol’ Rouxls and Lancer and that got me pondering.

 If you have one good angel whispering on one shoulder, shouldn’t we balance that out with a devil on the other?

I want to prove a point.

dad: heck yeah it is! you should definitely watch it!

me: sure, why not? how many episodes does it have?

dad: I think more than 500..

me:

This show will literally steal your soul and you won't even be upset about it; in fact, you would probably end up gift-wrapping your soul with a nice and cute little bow and gladly send it soaring into the hell that is being a fan of this show.

DESPITE ALL THAT, you should definitely consider watching it. The show's been running for a long time and for a damn good reason, too.
