If you had to go on medication for a mental condition or just a mental issue in general did it change your appetite?
I am in huge need to change my medication for anger management from on the counter to just in general ones with a prescription I've had a past with antipsychotics prior and I don't want to become overweight again or eat more

Also, since pride month is coming soon, and my new years resolution was to be more visible, here's ftm Yuki in a binder. Just like me. This is one of the headcanons for him and Utsuro I have a soft spot for, but rarely show off in art or writing.

Hey. Your brain needs to de-frag. Literally it needs you to sit there and space out.
If you want your memory or executive function to improve, stare out a window at the skyline or sidewalk or trees or birds on the electrical wires for like 20+ minutes per day. (With no other stimulation like a podcast or TV if you can manage but hey baby steps innit). If you're fortunate enough to have safe outside with any bits of nature, go stare closely at a 1 meter square of grass and trip out on the bugs and shapes of grasses and stuff.
Literally this will make you smarter. Our brains HAVE TO HAVE this zone out time to do important stuff behind the scenes. This does not happen during sleep, it's something else.
That weird pressurized feeling you get sometimes might be your brain on no defrag.
Give your brain a Daily Dose Of De-Frag.
This is a difficult thing to do at times, especially if you're audhd like me, but so important. It's hard when I often can't focus without some level of stimulation or background noise, but also am so easily overstimulated... But it's all the more important when you're chronically ill as well.
Also, from a creativity standpoint, taking things in is important for inspiration, but if you want to be able to come up with ideas, the empty space is crucial. It's like a blank canvas or an empty page. If you slow down and let the silence happen sometimes, things come to you in that space.
It's a pretty common experience to have ideas come to you in the shower or just before falling asleep, right? It's the same principle.
Some of my best ideas have come during walks or periods of silence... you need to stop the noise sometimes so you can think. Even just a little bit here and there or some mindfulness when you can makes a difference.
Doing nothing is Normal and Important. Only that lack of stimulation has the ability to be this recharging because it's actual and complete rest. Not doom scrolling, not music or videos playing or conversation, not playing or cleaning or doing something productive... (though most of those things are valuable too) Literally doing nothing. You are not built to be doing things at all times. It is okay to not be productive at all times. It is okay to not fill every moment with entertainment or creativity or socializing. Resting is part of your job too.
Best of advice. Learn to daily study. When you are tired of It this is when you are most creative
