So I was in the hospital in March for heart issues and I stopped working out after that.... I also was just being extremely lazy once I was in the clear to work out after that not going to lie. But I am starting school next Monday and I want to be healthy again and feel good about myself like I was last year when I was eating healthy and working out all of the time so I am back in action and back to the gym tomorrow! :)
