Weird last thought of the night,
Itâs funny when you know youâre ill, youâve accepted youâve got anxiety and depression and have accepted that youâve been dealing with both for years, but youâve learnt to cope with it.
You want to harm yourself again but a year and a half clean you canât break that.
Panic attacks are dealt with because youâve been doing it for so long. Even if they are worse than ever.
Depersonalisation passes you by practically periodically, and it doesnât matter any more because itâs a constant state and youâve accepted it.
You canât get out of bed each day but youâve been doing it so long you manage every time, even if it is a bit later than other people.
You still feel like thereâs no one, but you know you can talk to people.the line so many people say about ânot bothering anyoneâ becomes untrue, and you know you have people but you just canât be bothered explaining it because itâs so exhausting.
Iâve tried counciling, nothing.
I donât want to try the medication as thatâs a last resort. Iâve been through much worse so thereâs no point in starting now.
Itâs just funny when you get to this stage and thereâs nothing else to do and no one to help, despite knowing people would.
