clara is an auror for the ministry of magic. she is one of the best, though her kindness is her one flaw, and makes her go against the minitry’s orders quite a lot. mostly keeps to herself, but is the first to come in help of others. workaholic to the max.

clara works at a small diner in the town of Broadchurch, mostly keeping to herself. though she isn’t from there originally, she blended in quite well, becoming very close with everyone. chatty and a smarty pants, clara’s kindness still shows, as well as her sassiness.

“The one by the hotel or the one by that shop that sells weird knick knacks for cheap? What’s it called… Le Saucisson?” He asked, finishing cleaning up the self-imposed disaster he’d created by the curious folly of man.

“I thought they’d run out of business?” Which would be no surprise given the ridicilous name. They didn’t even serve french food nor sausages. They served primarily seafood, lasagna, and several soups.

“no, not that one, that’s a terrible restaurant. they did run out of business, which isn’t really surprising.” she explained, cooking all the while talking. clara found it amusing and refreshing how they were olanning a date in such a relaxed way.

Alec listened to her. “I am only agreeing to this because it is you. If it was anyone else, I wouldn’t have come.” He said. It wasn’t that he didn’t like people. Ever since being here, he felt like an outsider. Well, he was. But he still got looks. That was why he didn’t like people around that often.
