Inno is kind of a Charon, he lives in a "bridge" dimension, a dimension that connects the earth to all the religion's "heavens"/"hells", he guides people to the respective religions they believe in.

He was born in this place and position and is almost as old as the earth. When religions started popping up everywhere people who died would often go to the wrong place, like a Christian going accidentally to Jahannam (which is kinda like hell in Islam), he was born from those accidents, no god created him, he simply spawned.

He normally doesn't speak, but since many people are confused and/or panicking when they die, he will do his best to calm them down and answer their questions before guiding them to their afterlife.
