Black lives matter

I've been off tumblr for quite a bit. At the start it was because pandemic mentions were really triggering to me, then the whole Andy scandal, but now it's mostly because I started college and boy, is this a hell of a year to graduate high school and start college. But finals week is upon me and after hopefully I can spend December fighting the quarantine depression with Animal Crossing and fanfic writing. I've joined some new fandoms that are more active, and NatePat's kinda become a backburner ship for me now, but I'm still willing to write for it and I have a whole spreadsheet of ideas to exec there. I will become this ship's entire AO3 archive someday, most certainly.

I mean this whole ship is dead but if you're reading this, you're still here. And if there's one thing I learned in fandom, the size of the community doesn't matter, just the friends you make in it. I will, to the point of ad nause, mention again that our discord server is still open, if a bit quiet now, and that is the best place to talk to me, but hey I do have this tumblr account, you can message me here. @the-ruler-of-rabbits sleeps for most of my day time and I like online interaction. This blog was always intended to be an archive, as things get slowly deleted over time. That being said, even as I'm looking into other ships and fandoms, I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. And judging by how close we are to 200 followers, plenty of you are still here for the gaming youtubers that got popular in the mid-2010's. Personall, with all the personalities out now, I do feel overwhelmed by the influencer influx, so I haven't really gotten into any other major personalities since then. Mark, Jack, Matt, Nate, Game Grumps... these past few years have been rough due to personal trauma and there's no way I'm ever going to be my pre-2017 self before a close friend of mine committed suicide and my best friend jumped of the deep end, leaving me behind. So joy is a scarce commodity I've had to fight for since then. But hey, thanks to this community, I'm no longer alone anymore--the people I'm now closest too, I met here.
