Lol Steak- 1tsp of olive oil, pinch(literally) of sea salt, pepper, season as preferred but be conscious of ingredients(IE:high sodium=water retention=caca feeling) Quinoa- after rinsed and boiled I seasoned with tumeric, cumin. Aspargus -​ Add in with cooked steak, add a little water and top it and let steam cook. Seasoning from a steak is good(i usually add a little garlic and low sodium soy sauce for flavor) Probiotic yogurt side, sprinkle some tumeric and celentro...Annnddd DIG INNNNN👌 😙

And if we're being honest here... life, in itself, is really quite beautiful 💛 Grasping His love, is something I cannot succeed in understanding, nor could I ever merit or express enough gratitude for it. But I acknowledge it, habitually, regularly, quietly. I want to come to Him in my moments with a child's mindset, innocent, blunt, raw and real. "Thank you for my shoes, for my toothpaste so my breathe doesn't smell like trash, thank you for my dogs ears so she hears me when I yell, thank you that my dad has legs to go work, thank you for my backpack so my stuff doesn't fall on the floor, thank you for leaves so trees dont look naked, thank you for farmers who grow all my veggies and thank you for angels who guard me for bad spirit,... ok ok maybe the last one isn't your typical 2 years old but lol..you get the point! Im known to get overly excited about the most ridiculous things, and you know what, IM GLAD hah. I'm glad its the small things that God uses to mold and touch my big goofy heart! I'm glad I am a child of God, and that sometimes, praying like a 2 year old is more meaningful than any fancy shmancy poetic rhyming prayer we could attempt to say. Food for 💭: not taking the silly small things for granted, remembering the happiest favoritist(shush that's a word lol) memory or part of life and reminding myself Gods love for us is EVEN GREATER. I wasn't sure why I woke up in such a mellow, distant mood until now, sometimes we have remove ourselves from the hussle and bustle and just breathe...allow our tired minds to be refueled and our hearts to come to an ease. Give our over analogical thoughts to God, and admit sometimes we dont have it "all together" , and sometimes its better that way. Depending on God, our secure foundation, Father and provider...thank you for letting me wake up like a slug and let you pick me up! the tic on the clock tells the day to begin but the toc of yesterday my awake mind sits in the silence is peace, yet stirs trouble within what is this struggle, this struggle cant win determined for change, willing at most yet this demon I fight has all the right to boast great is my God and able to free oh quiet night what is it you say to me who is the enemy that alters my view that draws me to defeat instead of turning to You into battle unarmed and dont know that the war always fighting is the war of passive flow this enemy, this devil, quickly point, quickly blame look in that direction, rethink that habitual aim the fight, the struggles, the bowser we fear will never be defeated if the conflicts unclear sleep escapes, so deep thought can begin and the silence speaks loud, all we ignored from within there is great power formed in the mind facts and fictions, brilliance to find yet the victory we pray, and beg to receive deep down we knew, but would not believe the obstacle, the challenge, this enemy we blame is the demon of free will, abused, now unable to tame there were influences, and surely evil played its part but the end to this battle, is dedication in your heart choice is your weapon, faith is your shield hope is the Son's light, our mind the battle field flesh is the army, we face up ahead but victory is Jesus, on the cross as He said "forgive them Father for they know not what they do" yet we think Jesus cant save us, in this fight we go through choice is lifes demon, everyone must face flee from temptation, be free in grace and when the tic toc time, shows the start of a new day you can rest through the night, because silence will have nothing to say
