I feel like I should stop being surprised every time allosexual people start doing allosexual things, but damn, I just forget they exist, lol

This is so annoying that in our society the end of friendship is considered to be less serious than the end of a romantic relationship. Dude, losing a friend for some people can be even worse than losing a romantic partner. Such mindset is literally a logical consequence of amatonormativity at its finest. So if you needed to hear this: your feelings about losing a friend are valid and very important, don't let others invalidate your pain. You're not alone in this and never will be 🫂

To be honest, very very rarely but I experience a little bit of envy to allosexual people, because they can experience feelings that I'll most likely never have in my life. It's like, what do you mean, this thing that so many people can feel, that is sung about in songs and etc., I'll never be able to experience myself?.. And then you just forget about it and think that you're completely fine with it too; it's your peculiarity, it's one of the things that sets you apart from others, and this is so freaking cool

As an asexual, sometimes I feel like I'm living in some kind of conspiracy theory and that I'm constantly being lied to about the existence of sexual attraction. Seriously, there's a feeling like at some point, some person will finally come clean and be like: "DUDE, ACTUALLY WE'VE BEEN LYING TO YOU THIS WHOLE TIME, WE DON'T EXPERIENCE SEXUAL ATTRACTION EITHER, WE WERE JUST MESSING AROUND AND YOU BELIEVED US, HAHA, YOU DUMBASS". But it never happens :(
