Life kinda feels heavy right now. Trauma really does change you, because I didn’t used to be this sad lmao. Another piece of useless information, I know. I will get back to my regularly scheduled Stancy posts soon. Life is just…heavy.

I think my immense hate for Billy Hargrove and Ted Wheeler stems from my own relationship for my father. I would 100% still hate the characters even if I had a healthy relationship with my father but, I think combined they just remind me of him and I just hate even seeing them on my dashboard. The hate isn’t unnecessary bc they are shit characters but, the hate is ten times more volatile than it should be. A useless piece of information really, but I have trauma lmfao.

The problem with Ronance as a ship is, Robin would never betray Steve by dating Nancy. Robin isn’t even remotely interested in Nancy, you can see her struggling with her strong feelings for Vickie. There are scenes with Robin venting to Steve about her blooming crush on Vickie. I’m sure off screen she talked to Nancy about her crush on Vickie, because Steve’s not a girl and she needs a girls advice, because Robin and Nancy are FRIENDS. Robin dating Nancy would be the ultimate nail in the coffin for Steve, he wouldn’t wish them happy. Seeing Nancy with Jonathan was hard enough, Steve and Robin’s friendship means the most in the world to both of them. The ship of Ronance is a direct slap in the face. Nancy isn’t even gay, it’s a hypocrisy to all three characters.

Head canon: When Steve finds out that Jonathan donated her pink sweater to Goodwill (via Robin, because Nancy had to tell someone), he searches everywhere until he tracks down the sweater. Then, for her birthday he surprises her.
