TransPOTS tips!!

- dysautonomia and tachycardia, big words and symptoms

- lots of people with POTS use mobilty aids to help with strength and balance

- often goes along with vertigo and like excessive dizziness die to blood pooling in places other than your brain

- something to help is salt, many people eat salty foods to try to help tame their symptoms and put electrolytes in water

- other disability aids are compression socks and shower chairs

- i read a lot of firsthand accounts from people with the disorder
