Yvaine shook her head. Much as she wished she could become Human, that wasn’t possible.

"Well that sucks, but at least if anyone asks you where I am you can’t answer them with words." she chuckled. "My name’s Nikita, I’m kinda on the run.."

Yvaine tilted her head curiously at that, clearly wondering what trouble Nikita had gotten into. Lately she found it was easier and easier for people to find themselves in trouble, with no one else on their side.

Yvaine could see the other needed some company though- shifting to dove form and perching on her shoulder.

Nikita laughed again as she turned towards the bird. “Oh, so you can shift between what creature you are.. Cool. I’m gonna guess you can’t become human and talk to me, right?”

The shifter hooted, tilting her head. Being in owl form had it’s advantages- but then there were moments like this where she wished she could communicate even though she probably shouldn’t.

Nikita looked up to see a snowy owl, and she snorted, shaking her head. “Goodness gracious, now you’re talking to animals.. How mad can you get at this point?” she laughed.
