Not many people talk about this, but when you get used to living two very different lives, the feeling of being disoriented after coming back here is real, especially if you spent a long time there.
It is not just opening your eyes and going back to your normal day. There is always a moment when your mind needs time to realize where you are. One second you were following your routine there, spending time with the people you know, living your everyday life, and then the next second you are back in your cr, expected to continue your day like nothing happened.
For me, that feeling was so strange at first. After spending so much time there, my mind was still used to that routine, those places, and those people. Coming back here so suddenly made me feel like a part of me was still there. I knew I was back, but at the same time it felt like I had to get used to my life here all over again. It was almost like my brain needed time to catch up.
At first, I thought something was wrong with me. I tried to force myself to be fully present right away and act like nothing had happened. The more I pushed myself to move on immediately, the more disconnected I felt.
Eventually, I realized that the best thing I could do was stop rushing the process. Now, when I come back, I let myself have time to adjust. If I feel a little disconnected or lost for a few hours, I do not panic. I do not try to forget what I experienced or pretend it never happened. I simply let my mind settle on its own.
After a while, everything feels normal again. I naturally fall back into my routine here, and that strange feeling disappears by itself. The longer I spent there, the more I understood that it is completely normal for my mind to need a little time to adjust after coming back.

Hey! For me, it's actually really simple. I don't try to "feel" like pure consciousness or force myself into a special state. I just remember that I'm the one who's aware of my thoughts and experiences, not the thoughts themselves.
It's more like a quiet knowing than something you have to do. Once I remember that, I stop identifying so much with what I'm thinking and instead rest in the awareness that's already there. The more naturally you return to that, the easier it becomes.

hiii! I simply made the decision and stuck with it. I decided my teeth were naturally longer and exactly the shape I wanted, and I accepted that as true. The mind is the movie playing on the screen. It's the chaos, the doubts, and the thoughts constantly changing.
Consciousness is you sitting in the seat, just watching the screen.
When people focus on the mind, they are basically jumping into the screen to fight the characters in the movie (trying to fight doubts or force thoughts to change).
Focusing on consciousness just means remembering you're the one sitting in the seat. If a bad scene pops up (a doubt), you don't fight it. You just relax, stop giving it your attention, and remember that you're the one controling the projector. You just gently shift back to the feeling of what you actually want to experience.
Hii, I wanna share an experience! I just woke up from a kind of dream or whatever it was!
So I was dreaming and suddenly I realised I'm in a dream! I was riding a bicycle! I could feel everything! And I remembered about shifting and kept saying this dream is real I'm in my dream reality! After few seconds it felt more real! And suddenly it went all black, there was no bicycle, no road, nothing!!
Suddenly few unknown images and negative thoughts came,(couldn't feel my body)but I kept being positive. But out of nowhere I saw a blue light and my whole body started vibrating! From my head to toe! That's when I could feel my body again. Then I woke up somewhere, but I was somewhere unknown!
I thought I shifted! And I was so excited to see my new face! There was a mirror, and 2 girls! One of them was from that tv show forgot her name(never have i evertv show) Sadly, I had my old face. but my right side was painful and someone put medicine or a paste of something! I felt so ugly! That tv show girl said don't worry it's not permanent(which I thought it'd be lol), it will be removed soon! Then I was walking down stairs!! I could hear my family talk about some kind of illness I had, don't know what they were talking about!!!! And shit happened! I fell from the stairs and woke up here😭
Maybe i didn't shift! But just wanted to share this experience! I've tried to shift before through lucid dreams, but before I could stabilize in that dream, I woke up in my cr!(My english isn't good hope you understood what I tried to say!😭)

Hi, I have a question: when people say "realize that you are aware of it," what do they mean? For example, "observe your thoughts and realize that you are aware of them"? 1- What do they mean?

It basically means shifting your perspective from being the thought to being the observer of the thought. You are not your mind or the random thoughts floating around; you are the pure awareness behind them.
Think of it like watching a movie: the thoughts are just scenes playing on the screen, but you are the person sitting in the theater watching it happen. You aren't the movie itself!
How to do it:
Next time a thought pops up (especially an annoying or negative one), instead of spiraling into it, just mentally take a step back and say to yourself: “Oh look, I am having a thought about X.”
By doing this you instantly detach from it. You realize that because you can observe the thought, you are the awareness holding it, meaning you have the power to just let it pass or choose a different one!!!
I think a good post idea would be the small little things in your drs, I know you talked about social media, it’s weird even in the drs you shifted to there’s still antis like they just don’t get how much they’re missing out and how little they understand awareness changing lol
yess there are so many antis, especially in my kpop drs because some people literally tell shifters to not involve me in shifting videos... when they don't even know that I am actually a shifter myself lol

Hiya, I have so far been helped the alot by generous posts from many on here, including yours, @masoncantthinkofaname, @cloverapple, @eeshshifts, @salemlunaa, Hrrtshape (via archive posts) and Vanilla Love off of Amino (managed to track down her amazing posts via Reddit / wayback machine!) More and more I'm veering towards those messages which keep things simple and clear, aren't focused on any methods in particular (beyond those we choose to do / enjoy doing in the interim), see us as awareness, and our intention being all that is required since shifting isn't actually something we do ourselves (this blew my mind when I read about it recently, and took a big weight off, thankyouuu Vanilla Love!) I'd be so interested to hear who you found helpful on your journey before you learned / understood shifting in a way that worked for you (if you remember and are happy to share(? Thankyou! So so grateful to shifters like yourselves for generously and patiently sharing their experience to help others. It tears me up honestly at times, and I hope to be able to do the same one day!

To answer your question, my real turning point happened after getting completely burned out by methods. I was looking into tumblr for resources back then, and around december i stumbled upon a creator on amino. That led me to start reading posts about loa and duality, and then i just dove straight into neville goddard's books. Reading his stuff was what finally gave me my real "click".
Before that, i was in a terrible loop. I was overconsuming info, listening to subliminals, and completely exhausting myself by dividing everything into 3d and 4d or constantly checking the mirror for proof.
Honestly, stopping the search for endless creators and just realizing that there are no separate realities, it’s literally just you making the rules, is what saved my sanity.

i need help manifesting. my method is mainly robotic affirming and subliminals and i’ve realised that whenever i manifest something it only partly comes true. i cannot manifest SPs, i’ve tried to manifest my prom dress to come in time but it only sent out for delivery that day. i tried to manifest a sugar daddy (no s3xu@l desire), i manifested the SD but he’s always pressing to do S3xu@l activities with me. i tried to manifest my mum not being angry which again also partly worked. the list goes on and on. i thought my problem was my self-concept so i did work on that and i find that i am much happier and much more confident in myself. However, i don’t know if it helped my manifestations. then i booked a coach to help with this and instead she told me that robotic affirmations and subliminals aren’t actually helpful and i should just decide that i have it. also claiming that fixing your self concept isn’t needed? it just keeps seeming like there are so many different rules for manifesting that contradict with each other and i don’t know what to believe. i need help

truth is, you make your own rules. if you decide robotic affirming or subliminals work for you, then they do. no method is wrong, and you definitely don't need some coach's approval or a "perfect" self-concept to get what you want.
the only reason you’ve been getting partial results is probably because you’re treating the methods like a chore or a test you have to pass, instead of just feeling like it’s already done. when you affirm all day out of fear or just to "fix" a bad situation, you're accidentally feeding that exact anxiety.
the 3d is just a mirror, it reacts to your internal state. so if you want to affirm all day, do it because it genuinely makes you feel safe and confident, not because you're chasing a result. drop the internet rules, whatever you’re doing is already enough.

Hii I just read your post about using loa to shift on command and I have a question that Ive been wondering ever since I got into shifting: When you assume something like you can shift on command, does it just happen naturally without you actively trying to shift? hii! to answer you directly, yes, it happens completely naturally once you actually accept the assumption. i didn't spend hours practicing or forcing myself to repeat endless affirmations to make it work. i just made the decision that shifting on command is effortless for me and that my intention is always enough.
the way i saw results was by completely stopping the need to check the 3d for proof or signs. when you truly assume you can do it on command, you stop actively "trying" or overthinking it because you already embody that power. the results show up naturally the moment you stop looking for validation outside of yourself and just trust your internal state. you make the rules, so just decide it's already yours
Why Manifestation Is Actually Instant
We spend so much time anxiously wondering why what we want isn't showing up yet. But the truth is that manifestation is instantaneous by nature. The moment a desire takes shape in your mind,in the 4D, it is already done. It is already complete. In that realm, there is no such thing as time or waiting because everything you imagine is already real and existing in its perfect state.
The delay we feel in the physical world is not some technical requirement for things to happen. It is just a reflection of our own assumption that time is a real thing. Every time we think that a desire needs to travel to us or that we have to go through a waiting process, we are just confirming to ourselves that we do not have it yet. And the 3D world has no will of its own. It is just a mirror. If you assume you have to wait, it will give you exactly that, a delay that you have turned into a law.
It is not that creation is slow. It is that we keep projecting the idea that it has to be slow. The real hurdle is this need to constantly check the 3D to see if it has arrived yet. That habit alone betrays your trust because it implies you still see your desire as something far away.
When you stop treating the 3D like a scoreboard, you take down the wall you have built yourself. Living from the assumption that it is already yours means acting, thinking, and feeling as if it is already here, which makes searching for proof completely unnecessary. It is never about when it is going to arrive. It is about how willing you are to stay anchored in the assumption that it is already here. Once you stop focusing on the lack and start living in the fulfillment, the search ends and you just step into it.
