As of today, October 4th, there are only 3 weeks left till Sterekweek! I don’t know about you guys but we are hyped 💃🕺

Here’s a little notion of what awaits us at the end of the month, that’ll hopefully help you get inspired:

October 25th: Eternity

#Eternalsterek, the hashtag that’s carried Sterek on high sails since the day it set out 10 years ago. Between eternal life with a unageing werewolf and a druid with a spark, or between all the alternate universes, where Stiles and Derek find their way to each other - here we gather all the versions of a ship meant to meet eternity.

October 26th: Quotes (& Lyrics)

Quotes and lyrics are powerful tools to express feelings and emotions. Think of quotes or songs with powerful lyrics that remind you of Sterek, and create something inspired by it. You can make a fan mix inspired by a quote, write a fic based on a Shakespeare saying, or create art inspired by lyrics you love. There are so many wonderful quotes and lyrics out there that the options are limitless!

October 27th: Dystopian

A post-apocalyptic world, race wars, black magic, the end of the world - or if you like it a little sweeter, pepper in a love against all odds, against all rules. This world is yours to form.

October 28th: Wildcard

Go wild. Feral!Derek or tooth-rotting fluff, take your pick. You get to choose whatever you would like to write for this day. Surprise us!

October 29th: Soulmates

Whether you believe in the red string of fate that ties hearts together, or that souls are one half of a whole constantly seeking for the other part of themselves, this challenge is about the sense of belonging that Derek and Stiles feel with one another. Some even believe we have several soulmates in our lives… best friends, lovers and family. Whatever your interpretation may be, we’d love to see it.

October 30th: Pack/Emissary

Ever wondered what would’ve happened if Stiles became an emissary for the Hale clan? Or wanted to explore the adventures of Derek and Stiles as part of Scott’s pack… or even their own pack? Don’t feel limited to Teen Wolf canon, though. Let your imagination roam free and interpret Pack and Emissary any which way you like.

Sunday 11th July - Day 1

Theme - Heatwave

Word count - 262 words

Tags - Pre-slash, flustered Derek, oblivious Stiles, mentions of nudity, some swearing

In Stiles’ defence he was:-

1) In his own bedroom, in his own house. If he was entitled to the expectation of privacy anywhere, surely it was there, right?

2) Just trying to stay cool. Beacon Hills was currently experiencing a heatwave unlike any in living memory. It was only natural he’d try to combat the stifling heat any way he could, damn it!

3) Not expecting a monosyllabic, overheated werewolf to clamber through his (admittedly open) window at ass o’clock in the morning! (“The window was open because of point two, Derek! It wasn’t an invitation for you to drag your hairy, wolfy butt through it, asshole!”)

So, really, he was the victim here.

The completely, utterly, naked as the day he was born, victim.

Derek, however, seemed to think otherwise. Grabbing a bunch of clothes off the floor when he’d seemingly recovered enough from the shock of seeing all that pale, sweaty, mole-spattered skin on display to remember how to move, he threw them at Stiles with a growled, “Put some damn clothes on!”

He seemed so offended at catching a glimpse of the Stilinski goodies that Stiles felt offended in return. Okay, so he wasn’t a smoking hot werewolf with preternaturally pretty eyes, abs of steel and an ass that just wouldn’t quit, but he wasn’t exactly Quasimodo either. Right?
