Hey if we have to repeatedly post our lowest moments for the world to see just so people can view our pain as real (only to be met with more dehumanization and gaslighting), it's only fair I give you access to the video I'm talking about here. We have to share our pain, so I'll share their incompetence.
It's a 155mm Sholef ("Gunfighter") self-propelled howitzer, and not a tank; and what hits her is the muzzle blast from the gun's gigantic brake that's designed to mitigate recoil by redirecting a decent proportion of the firing impulse's gas pressure.
There was no shrapnel. What you actually see is displaced debris from the firing pit scattered in the blast. She likely has incurred a traumatic brain injury and certainly has been exposed to poisonous concentrations of powder gasses. Her lungs, ears, and sinuses may also be injured or collapsed.
She should not have been standing there; no one ever would be trained according to that protocol. That's gross incompetence but belongs to the artillery and has no connection with the IDF's tank-infantry cooperation failures.
That's a different species of idiocy at work.
