Inho stashed it away after his wife died, while gihun took it off after his divorce. Here are some of my headcannons:

Inho's wedding band was simple, he saved up a lot of money to buy a nice matching pair.

He still has his wife's wedding ring; it's carefully tucked away together with his.

He never took it out or looked at it.

It's actually hidden inside the jazz box in his office

When he leaves the island, he would bring the small box with him.

Gihun proposed unofficially to Eunji with a paper clip ring, laughing cuz he thought it was funny. Eunji nearly smacked him.

Eventually, he ended up getting them a pretty simple pair, though Eunji always wanted a fancier ring.

When they got divorced, Gihun was very distressed, he didn't take his ring off for a few days.

Finally, Gihun did take off his ring, but he ended up selling it for more cash to gamble later.

However, he did regret it and would often look at the same ring on a website or in person stores.

Now, we all know Gi-hun would never drop the baby. We know, In-ho knows, everyone knows.

And yes, In-ho isn't a complete monster, and he did take care of the baby for six months, and I'm sure he took very good care of her. But let's be honest, he didn't give a shit about that baby until Gi-hun had her in his arms. He didn't even react to Jun-hee giving birth or to the baby at all when she was born. I feel like he didn't really care about the baby herself until the moment he went to pick her up in his arms.

Up until that point, I believe he mostly saw her as leverage to get Gi-hun right where he wanted him.

Even when he gave Gi-hun the knife, the baby was almost like an afterthought. He was like, "It's about your future. Oh, and the baby too, I guess."

I do think a small part of him wanted Gi-hun to drop the baby at this point. Not only to prove his point about humanity and turn Gi-hun into his murder husband and partner in crime, but also because he didn't want to lose him.
