The scorbus relationship is so fucking cute and important to me.

This reminded me I have a draft about how Scorbus's intimate life is something I practically never think about because it adds so little to their dynamic that I just don't care about it. Its mostly about how I think they aren't a sexually charged couple at all and it's very low on their prioritys when it comes to eachother.

The jeddy relationship in TBOTS is so special and important to me because it's not really a soul mate kind of love. It has a kind of energy that feels inevitable, but at the same time, it's something that might not have happened if these very specific things did not happen in both of their individual lives at the time that they did. It's also just so key that they didn't start to fall for each other at first sight, not like that, at least. They didn't start to feel romantic love until every last flaw was laid bare. They both saw the worst of each other, and only after that did they realize they were willing to fight whatever battles they came across in order to have something with each other. At their weakest moment they decided they could still muster that tiny bit of strength they had left for the other, and that's why I love them so fucking much. Cuz they WANT to be together. Not because they were made for each other, but because they don't want anyone or anything else.
