good-bye, kuye lam.

- secured a supervisor for next term's project. this was actually a while ago but we've been communicating regularly n he seems so so lovely i can't wait to work with him. we're doing stuff on glioblastoma which is so exciting

- hai came to visit right before i got kicked out of my ensuite for vac 💔 we had a lot of yummy food

- old friend from secondary school flew in from ireland for a few days, i took her punting (oxf tradition) n unearthed a lot of repressed memories, mostly good

- secured a research internship for the summer in taipei :3 i'm so excited some of my closest dearest friends live there n i can finally see them in person instead of hanging out over vidcall !! it is on cancer (predictably) n i think it will be v fun
