Doug Wilson, designer and director of the feature length documentary Linotype will be on campus today Wednesday 9/21 for a Brown Bag talk organized by flød the Communication Design student club. CN311H 11-12. Students interested in design, letterpress, printmaking, filmmaking, and crazy old machines are welcome.

Graduating MSU Denver Art, Art Education and Communication Design students are holding a fundraiser for their two upcoming October BFA Thesis shows this Friday 9/23 at the Tivoli from 3-7. $1 from every Helle's Lager and Sigi's goes to support the show!

Brendan Tang was born in Dublin, Ireland of Trinidadian parents and is a naturalized citizen of Canada. He earned a BFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and an MFA from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville. Tang has lectured at conferences and academic institutions across North America, and his professional practice has also taken him to India, Europe, and Japan. Tang has an extensive exhibition record, including the Museum of Fine Art in Boston, the Musée d'art contemporary in de Montréal in QC, and Musée Ariana in Geneva.
