No Zero Day May - Day 26

Almost at the finish line!!

10 hour shift with a concert at the last hour of the shift and then went straight to the gym where for the past few nights I’ve encountered a few people who have been there while I was there and we always talk… more like they talk, I’m in my zone with my headphones on, and they continue to talk and I have to do the whole one headphone out of my ear and lower the speed just to hear them… is that rude of me if I don’t care at all what they say and they’re work related? Asking for a friend.

They’re pretty nice people and it’s like clockwork, one guy shows up to use the weights and starts talking to me for a bit because he has to go back to work. And then the girl which I told about zombies run because she was interested in running and stuff and stopped me from my run zone who is only there to use the other treadmill for her 15 minute break.

So I had a good hour workout. Since I’m off tomorrow and was planning on using the battle ropes and weights tomorrow and something else on Tuesday, I figure I would go a full hour on the treadmill tonight.

I dont remember what my longest steps was, I think it was around 34k but not bad for an NSV and make it to 35k steps.
