Cant sleep so word vomit it is.

Haven't posted something fitness related in a while so lets proceed.

A1C Check-in: 7.1 plus lost 10 lbs.

My mounjaro med is supposed to go up a dosage after this week from a 10 to a 12.5. My endocrinologist wants to see me again in October and if I do better, she's taking the daily shots and the Metformin. Past A1C's have been horrible since 2023 so this is more like I've done better.

I found my fitbit a while back so I been using it. Been walking into antique stores and looking around for nostalgia. Bought some garbage pail kids cards a while back, some Homies cards, and some old toys. And this book series I been reading has been keeping me busy.

But I know I haven't done a lot of things since the last time and I usually show up once in a great while now either to check out the DCC (book) fandom or just to post the latest episode.

But what she said motivated me. I been much more active lately, throwing stuff away from my house, garbage, decluttering. You get to 45 and you dont want certain things anymore I guess. Last year while I was deep into Marvel Rivals, I kept creating workouts based on the characters and I saved them on here just to have them around. I only posted one of them. But that was last Summer, im still into the game just not as active as I used to be.

I might just go for a walk later in the morning and see what inspires me.

last time I checked the fitblr tag it was a bunch of gym hard bodies, which is why im iffy about posting on there again and getting lost in the whole tags. But lets try it out again.

I'll do better with my sugars and my A1C, I have until October. I want to get back to the 4th Quarter of 2021 when I was trying to lower it down after finding out I had diabetes. Im already going to post about it, so it has to happen... those are the rules right? If its said in a post or in audio, you must make it happen?
