To be exact, this post means “it’s been widely proven by peer-reviewed studies that adults praise little girls for being pretty instead of praising them for their accomplishments. meanwhile they praise little boys for their hard work, intelligence, adventurousness, etc. this must stop because it is harmful for girls to grow up believing that their appearance is the most important indicator of their worth to others.”
