hi! i'm mriachka, a woman who loves talking about her love for other women. i'm primarily writing for atla/tlok as well as twisted wonderland as of now; for the latter, my works feature "twisted" female counterparts to original twst characters. i am open to discussing the cast as they are in a platonic sense, but romantic and sexual conversations will involve female!twst only. all characters in my works are written as adults.
dni list: russians (i am ukrainian and currently living in ukraine. russia and russians are responsible for the daily military air raids and consequent deaths of people in my country).
request and ask rules: no incest (themes of inheriting unhealthy family dynamics are fine; incest itself is not, including fauxcest), no pedophilia (age gaps are alright between adults only), no discrimination (okay to discuss; not okay to sexualize). unless it's a commission, nothing too detailed (ocs, arbitrary yet very specific requests etc), because i feel that at that level of reader customisation you might as well just give it a shot yourself :)
flower prompt requests are open. my ao3. not spoiler-free.
#mriachka's writing — my fiction tag.
foreword: since i write stories which describe unhealthy, toxic, and abusive relationships, i feel that the onus is on me to make it clear that none of those things are normal. your partner should view you as their equal. if they ever raise their hand at you, coerce or outright force you to have a sexual encounter with them, treat you demeaningly and cruelly, they are not somebody you should stay in a relationship with. it doesn't matter whether they genuinely love you or only claim so. you deserve better anyway. i'm rooting for you!
don't repost or translate my works without explicit permission. don't use them to train or interact with ai.

I love your idea for fem Ace bc I adore it when genderbent characters just straight up look exactly the same. Jamil is also an example of this in my mind. And Azul bc he kinda looks like a lesbian anyways to me
Also just wanted to say Deuce would own a lot of long, loose skirts (the kind female delinquents wear in Japan) and try to style them elegantly bc she doesn’t have the money to be buying new a wardrobe and isn’t confident enough in her sewing skills to hem them shorter
we are on the same wavelength! though i do get why others might enjoy it, i don't really like when swapped characters suddenly have an entirely different approach to their body and their clothes (...or a much shorter stature), so i tend to lean into making the changes pretty minimal, trying to keep the logic behind the character in mind. for example, i don't see female!jamil having short hair (to mirror og!jamil's long hair), because the reasoning for it seems to be in jamil taking control over the body + having a small, personal point of pride. thus, were i to take those luscious away, i would have to bring in something else to compensate for them.
it's quite lovely, too, that most characters already have mentions of how they would like to change up their style, which can then be referenced: sebek, for instance, has mentioned wanting to grow the hair out before (to help tame it), while silver likes keeping it neither too short (and impossible to tie up) nor too long (and a bother to look after); jack doesn't seem to enjoy the length obtained in the tangled event, since it's heavy and gets in the way (plus, there's already enough fur to take care of), and female!leona would probably have her own version of the traditional hairstyle lion beastpeople wear. lots of variety!
this reminds me also that i once tried to write out my headcanons for how female!twst would look like to use as a reference. never properly finished the file up (and i'm not sure whether there's a point to it), but our descriptions of female!deuce match up perfectly, so here's a snippet :)
put on aot on a whim. sorry to report that the opening episode is unfortunately still that good even a decade later. also i remain obsessed with ymir. figures.

forming a codependent relationship with korra would be so easy. she's grown up in a remote compound with nobody but her guards and her teachers nearby, her parents would only visit her once in a while for a special occasion, and her one true friend is her polar bear dog. she has no idea how the world works, she doesn't know how to socialize, and she doesn't have the cunning to evade the manipulations of others. she befriends the first two peers she meets, and she's willing to throw in a punch on their behalf mere days later. putting korra in close proximity to somebody while she's fresh out of her prison would probably have her fusing with them in a very undignified, very desperate manner in a matter of weeks.
au in which korra doesn't leave for republic city, so she only receives her airbending training once tenzin moves to the south a couple of years later. you are one of the air acolytes accompanying pema, and when you move into the compound, you quickly learn that the mysterious water tribe avatar is both much more impressive in person and much, much needier.

realized that autumn is nearing, and therefore so is the month of spookiness and horniness, which i am (optimistically) hoping to celebrate with the weekly fics. if you ever wanted to share a thought on whatever sexy horrors you'd like to go through with a character from twst/atla/tlok, now's your time. i am listening.
it's a pity some of the most insane (complimentary) female!twst artists don't have tumblr accounts, so you cannot see me reblog their work religiously. this might be the most female!jade to ever jade, and some of you might never know it. everyone come look at her now.
i think everyone should see this and that kuvira to understand why i would kill baatar jr. with my bare hands without blinking an eye, but the artists don't really post on here, so i have to carry the links to you like a dog bringing doves to your doorstep.
as much as a green flag korra usually is, your last post just made me think how insanely clingy she would be and while i personally wouldn’t mind, i think she can get suffocating really quickly and then the worst part is that she’s never even had any real friends so trying to communicate that to her would either result in her getting snappy and upset about it (season 1 korra im looking at you) or getting really sad (season 3)
so you just gotta sit it out i guess cause communicating with her is a battle in those first few years (i can handle it tho)
korra is the clingiest! lin is clingy, too, since she used to receive a lot of touch from her mother and sister as a child and has been struggling to adapt to the lack of it over her years of solitude as an adult, but she's too embarrassed to show it, so you have to pay attention to pick up on the cues of her skin hunger, and other characters can be clingy as well, yet they are generally socially savvy enough to notice if their affections are getting a bit much (suyin is overwhelmingly ready to drown others in her hugs, but she's also quite perceptive and won't cross the line unless there's a benefit to it; kya is easily excited and very used to comforting others physically, but she knows when to tone it down and step back). not korra, though. korra is drawn to physical displays of love (she bear hugs people all the time!), really needy due to not having had many opportunities to touch others prior to leaving the compound (only naga and her family sometimes. katara, too, occasionally), and not that good at taking rejection neutrally (do you not love her anymore?). a perfect recipe for somebody who gets in their head over their partner being slightly more distant than usual and assumes the worst.
i think that this would get even more complicated after she gets poisoned. prior to this, she'd find it easy to initiate all sorts of touch (from carrying you around in her arms to tackling you down for a rough-and-tumble play) without thinking about it; now, she has to rely on others to assist her in moving herself. obviously, a swift, life-altering switch between the two is hard to navigate. it's even harder with her not really wanting to fully withdraw either—having somebody present in her arms reminds her of what is and isn't real, grounding her, and so, while a prideful part of her wants to push away, a vulnerable part of her wants to pull you right back. the balance there is tender even after she recovers, and i'd imagine that korra and her lover would have plenty of fights over them treating her too gently/carefully for a while.
I’m going thru butch withdrawal,,,,please I gotta know which of your twst girls would be the most butch,, or like what kind of butch they would be wtver,, like jade to me would be one of those old-fashioned, real chivalrous butches yk??
i view jade as somebody who goes through different human "costumes", switching up between identities depending on the situation (i.e. a polite young lady in elegant skirts when she's near azul in the role of her second-in-command; a practically-dressed forager when she's in the woods, observing the flora and burying her crimes etc), and i believe that an identity of the butch is something she would take on eagerly, especially if that was a kind of a woman her person of interest would be drawn to. it's fun to contemplate floyd matching/alternating with her once in a while, too: both of them are pretty unstable in how they present themselves (though, notably, both of them still have a secure, solid perception of self), with jade changing up to put herself into desirable situations and floyd changing up due to her constant pursuit of fleeting entertainment, so it's no difficulty for me to envision floyd cutting up her hair at three am, adding in some piercings with a sterile needle, and ditching anything dressy for a month or two. both butch, but each has their distinct visual identity (classic menswear vs skaterboy drip).
i don't know if i would define ace as butch necessarily, but i have a soft spot for her keeping almost everything the same as a woman. there's a lack of lazy, sleazy, obnoxiously dressed girls with short hair and no manners in the media, and i would like for her to be just that. female!ace also wears hoodies, struggles with taming the bedhead her short hair inevitably settles into, and puts on her suit on her face exceptionally messily. in my heart. and who i would define as a butch in heartslabyul is trey. she has no interest in fashion + she's somebody who is a bit embarrassed/awkwarded out by the more traditionally feminine looks (as og!trey is, according to the starsending event) + she has that fuckass fedora, professionally short nails, and comfortably short hair. i've seen plenty of artists draw female!trey as masc-leaning (at the very least), and i agree. she really would.
leona fits the archetype of a butch to me because she is a prince. a handsome prince, at that. we've seen that leona slips into that role of a gallant, respectful knight easily when incentivized, and i believe that this would be how she would come across to her potential lover as well. it's worth noting, too, that lionesses have no mane (usually), and female lion beastpeople are suggested to be a primary, core part of the "pride", so leona leaning towards what outsiders would perceive as "masculinity" would not actually be that within the context of her country and her culture. she is a "prince", but this is not viewed as abnormal or uncommon, and what the palace is annoyed with in regards to leona has to do with the casualty of the clothes she wears (where is her bra and why is everything so flowy) rather than the stereotypes around them.
and, speaking of princes and gender norms, it's impossible not to mention silver. she has no concept of what standard clothing would look like for a person depending on who they are (since lilia is stated to have given silver no directions here, and it's unlikely that she would have picked up on much of the social subtext there while living in the woods), she's extremely practical in her treatment of self (somewhat neglectfully almost sometimes; most of the fancier things silver has come as a gift from somebody, such as lilia, sebek, or vil), and she is... well. princely! i am sure that there are at least a couple of articles written by her fangirls after some club expo, lauding her for being incredibly handsome atop a horse... ah... strong arms you dream of falling into... muscular thighs you wish you could rest your head on... nrc's equestrian club is seriously the BEST!
pomefiore trio is interesting to consider there as well. i feel that female!rook leaning into masculinity is pretty much accepted as "canon" by many (what with her being a huntress), but the other two are a bit more complicated and have to be headcanoned in tandem due to the story conflict between them. on the one hand, you can have vil as a hyperfeminine woman, pigeonholed by the industry into a role of a mean queen bee/bitchy blonde, and then, as a contrast to her, epel would be more of a tomboy, repulsed by the expectations of performing femininity (and associating anything "feminine" with negative things due to the bullying she got as a kid from her community). vil teaches epel that there's more to the world than the aesthetics (for instance, tech is perceived as a "masculine" field, but it's actually craftswomen who were the pioneers of it; the former is now respected and rightfully viewed as intellectually challenging, while the latter is viewed as something old ladies do and therefore not worthy of recognition. thus, it's essential not to decide the value of things on the basis of what the public, commonly misogynistic, characterizes them as; we must look within), and, in the end, epel keeps her presentation and style preferences while also learning not to dismiss "girly" stuff (like embroidery) anymore. on the other hand, you can have vil as a masculine woman, who is therefore vilified and treated with mistrust in the industry (typically cast as an antagonistic, deviant presence in the movies), and then epel would be a traditionalist farmgirl, disrespectful towards vil due to her manliness (demonic!) and narrow-minded in her beliefs in relation to what women can and cannot do. the development is pretty straightforward: vil teaches epel that gender norms are bullshit.
lastly, as a quickfire round: minajael rebels against the expectations placed on her in the palace by rejecting the attire she's supposed to wear as a "proper" princess (reflecting og!mina's willingness to wear dresses) and keeping her looks pretty identical to what og!mina looks like (...also she's chivalry personified. women flock to her.); jack comes from a family and a community wherein there isn't much of a distinction between what men and women are taught to act and dress like, so she naturally leans towards what others perceive as "masc"; and malleus is confusing people by looking too ethereal for anybody to know what she is (other than a beautiful fae, of course). she is quite amused by this quirk of humanity, since back home everyone knows to call her their princess.
malleus gets called "sir" by a confused employee at a café, and sebek starts fuming (how DARE they not recognize the ESTEEMED heiress of the BRIAR VALLEY, the promised PRINCESS, the GREAT malleus draconia) while malleus is just smiling serenely like :) wow :) humans are so much fun :) she didn't know they were such fascinating little creatures :) she should ask silver and sebek to accompany her outside more :)

i don't think it'd be a good premise for the tv series, but having the next avatar be the child of the previous one is so deliciously angsty. the first breath you take is your parent's last one. your mother has to birth you either without any knowledge of where her lover is and what condition they are in or with the full knowledge that her lover is injured and dying. the fate of the world, the one obligation the avatar simply cannot escape, is transferred within the family, ensuring that both the lover and the child are taken away from the non-avatar parent. the birth of the avatar is meant to be a blessing to the people, and yet here the all-consuming duty of it becomes a curse.
having the avatar team go on a search across the world to find the newborn reincarnation, only to realize years down the line that the child they need has been there all along... adult protagonists for the first season with the prev avatar's crew + mystery of who the next avatar will be + opportunity for lots of worldbuilding (depending on the time period this is set in) + themes of grief, loss, and hope (which the franchise loves) + tone shift going into season two due to the reveal at the finale... wouldn't that have been fun? couldn't we have gotten something like this for the previously unrevealed upcoming tv show.
