One of our favourite ways to eat Mountain Bread is crisped in the oven for 2-3 minutes and served with dips!

This is our Smokey Eggplant dip made by charring 1 eggplant over the open flame on the stove then removing the flesh and blending with 2 tsp of All Spice, the juice of half a lemon, half a small garlic clove, and a tablespoon or two of plain yoghurt (depending how smokey you like your dip).

Top with parsley, sesame seeds and olive oil and you’re done!

When you make your own, you know exactly what’s in it ✌
