on a bed of spiderwebs

its weird that like at least for me when im taking a picture or video someplace special like if im on a trip or something, i will try my hardest to not have any like 'imperfections' in it (like someone walking in front, someone talking in a video of something scenic, a billboard or a car, etc) but then years into the future its those imperfections that are like the best part to look back on... Im going through videos from when my friends and i went to banff a few years ago and my one friend is like blabbering on about random things in every video and i literally remember at the time trying to get one when she wasnt talking but now im like happy to hear her voice and what she was thinking about back then.. wtf 😭 why would i want to block out my friends. Mountains will look the same in 50 years but my friends voices wont and pieces of the current moment (like billboards) also wont

Going to go down town and face the tourist mobs tomorrow because one of my nice drinking glasses broke and i want to buy a replacement . If the store still sells them. Otherwise im like cursed to have odd numbers of everything in my kitchen

i kept saying i wanted to finally go to the singular music festival in my city because i haven’t been to it yet in the almost 5 years i’ve lived here but actually i’m deciding i’m boycotting it because they’re (whoever is organizing) pissing me off like instead of dropping the lineup all at once well in advance like EVERY other music fest on earth, they announce each artist one at a time increasingly closer to the actual event. they just announced the headliner for next weekend like a few days ago. like. i have a job i need to plan things i don’t have time for this. i’m not just gonna pay for the ticket before knowing who it is. And the artists are never even that exciting like there’s no need for the nonsense. i’m over it!!!! you will not be seeing me there!!!

climbed a mountain today by myself saw 33 toads and a rabbit :D and literally not one other person on the trail. a dream
