M O R N I N' S E S S

This time around with the second book of writings I ain’t being sweet for what I need to say will finally set me free.

Before I even utter, I have to think, for words have so much power today that you cannot say anything without meaning.

The world is hungry. Simple as that hungry.

The reality is this: People refuse to see the truth that sits right before them. It’s there in front of them. But their eyes are covered. Their minds are conditioned. Their souls are trapped. The revelation can’t be forced upon them. You can speak truth to power but not fear to power. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink.

Clutter isn’t necessarily objects and things but can be people. Well for me it was people.

Human energy tells me that I am lonely, but am I really lonely? How can I be lonely? When God is with me. Sometimes I feel as though I am not a human being at all but more so a spiritual being that God has put here for a greater purpose. But you are not trying to hear me. You just want to lay with me and not understand me. I'm tired of this feeling God. Please, I want you and only you to fill this void.

Stale conversations to feed your ego, while I lay here bored of you. I can smell my lack of interest oozing from my pores. Pretty pretty on the outside but oh my God honey you sure do taste funny. My ability to fake a smile is giving away my disguise and you are looking very surprise. Please tell me what you gonna do to me, because I heard that all before on Tuesday. Make your fucking move and lick my moon. So I can go on about my day not thinking of you. For I was never intrigued by you, was just looking for a tree to hide under for a little shade or two.

I start to write and then I erase what I was going to originally say. I need some attention to distract me but I know deeply that won’t help. No numbers to call. No touches I can feel. My thoughts are on repeat and stress is right there choking me. I cry and ask God to please just be with me on the inside. I fight everyday to stay calm. I can taste the substance; oh the joy of numbness. I know it very well. But I can’t allow myself to use it for that purpose anymore. This fire is running wild but my current situation is keeping me bound. I’m tired of waiting. I waited long enough. Can’t hold these false lies to myself anymore. I’m not content. I’m hungry. I want it all. All my needs, wants, and desires fulfilled. All of them.

I don’t sing for money.

It’s amazing when people no longer have access to you they become overly concern and worried about you. But when they had access to you they were neither concerned or worried about you. The irony is beautiful isn’t?

It’s amazing how you can literally not look like what you been going through when another human soul points out that you look amazing while you are in the midst of transitioning.

And just like that; a wave of calmness surrounded me where all my current problems didn’t matter because I always by faith come out victorious every time.

Tricky, tricky, tricky; there she goes living her life freely. Nothing in this world can keep her bound for she is too pretty. Her words flow like a river but can easily drown you so fast that you quiver. Move along and allow her to follow her own path that was designed for her nature. You can admire her from a distance for her passion is too strong-it might just burn you while you sit waiting endlessly for her call.

Sometimes as artists we allow the lines to become blurred. Crossing the tides like there is no time. Becoming connected to whatever that lies deep within us. Then ultimately feeling guilty because someone had a safety net they forgot about. The soul needs what it needs. The soul wants what it wants. The soul craves what it desires. Be careful because you can have all three.

My voice is still healing

Every time I sing the tears begin to flow from my eyes. That’s the pain being release from my soul. I sing to be free and that’s why it’s sacred to me.
