he was only there during my hiatus ,,, I don’t understand ,,, I petitioned for this for so long ,,, made enemies out of friends ,,, gave up opportunities ,,, sold my home and lost my job ,,, and I missed it ,,,

This makes me really happy to hear! I put so much work into that fic, and while I’ve unintentionally put so much distance between myself and my fics over the last month or so, I still love them all so dearly. It brings me so much joy to think that people are still discovering my work and taking so much from it.

The best advice I can give you is to never shy away or trivialize a character’s flaws - but, at the same time, do not make their entire characterization centered around those flaws. 

College has been great so far! I’ve learned a lot and have had some great experiences. College has really opened my eyes to who I am as a person and who I want to become.
