i’m probably not the BEST person to ask for this bc i really only do it for cota lol. i will say that cota makes it p easy to meet or see people throughout the weekend, while ive found it a little more regulated at tracks in europe (but i also have more experience at cota). in texas they have the fanzone q&as and hero walks just like other tracks, but they also have a lot of the guys doing random pop-up events throughout the weekend with sponsors and stuff, and you can get into the amphitheater to see the sprint podium pretty easy! so i’ve been up fairly close to a bunch of guys just from that. like i queued on purpose to meet david alonso, got his autograph, and then when i was making my way back to my car got within 15 feet of pedro because he was doing a sponcon thingy, and then i saw raul and ai doing a signing and got close to them as well. and i didn’t really stop to see them or plan it lol they were just there. also if you post up on the hill above the paddock entrance/tunnel you can spy on the hero walk and they usually have the riders doing silly stuff there, which is where i saw marc bounce a basketball off his ass in 2024. and everything but the hero walk is free as well which is cool! i also saw a bunch of people in the airport tsa line this year which was funny. anyways look at my bad photos boy
