His wife is dead and now the reader (presumably) must bring him 60 Quillboar[1] tusks [2].  The humor is derived off of the assumption that Borat responds with “high five,” [3].  However, the wording is changed to reflect a quest given to you by Mankrik [4] in The Barrens [5], a man who loses his wife to quillboars.

[1] A Quillboar is a bipedal creature in World of Warcraft that resembles a hog and a porcupine.  They are almost always kill-on-site to the player but there are rare exceptions:  see lil baby quillboar.

[2] Quillboar tusks range from the drop rate 0-2.

[3] In Borat the Movie, Borat is told be a bellhop at a hotel that his wife has died.  He responds with “My wife…is dead?  High five!” See:  Xenophobia for satire in American movies.
