To all those who carry compassion in their hearts, I am Moamen Al-Mashal, a father of three children. Since the beginning of the war, we have suffered its woes. Now, as the famine intensifies, it has become clear that my eldest son and I are suffering from severe malnutrition. So, I humbly ask you not to abandon me. My young children and my pregnant wife are in danger. I can no longer do anything. I no longer have the energy to endure. I implore you not to abandon us.
