     Some Muses are connected to each other and are highly headcanon and theory-based but they still follow their canon games.

* (  ♡  )   Vermilion orbs watch the trees as the sun sets behind it.  How long have they been out today?  Being dead really makes you lose track of time or maybe it’s because he actually enjoys having Specs around?  It’s certainly not that.   The ghost prince remains sitting beside Specs as he watches the sun fade behind the trees.  The moment he feels a light weight lean against him he sighs   ( && prepares to instantly respond with no )   assuming that Specs is going to start with ‘ Let’s cuddle! ’ or some other line to that effect.  

“ What now —— Ah … ? ” 

* (  ♡  )  Envy cuts himself off the moment he sees that Specs actually fell asleep.  At first, he’s annoyed seeing how he rested his head against him but then he remembers what it’s like being human && actually getting tired.  Er … Now he’s wondering if he might have pushed Specs a little too hard.  He feels kind of guilty thinking that Specs might’ve forced himself to hang out today just for Envy’s sake despite how tired he might’ve been. 

“ You fucking idiot … Perché non mi hai detto che eri stanco? ”

* (  ♡  )  The ghost prince whispers softly as he gazes at the other beside him.  His expression softens from his initial annoyance into one that could very easily be mistaken for care.  Envy isn’t that cruel,  he won’t just leave Specs here alone, especially since he feels like this is sort of    ( definitely )    his fault.  Seeing this actually makes him remember how fragile humans actually are.  The thought of another person leaving him makes him feel uneasy.  He just wants to try …  After all,   Specs goes along with everything he asks for,  it won’t kill him to just lighten up this once.

“ Probabilmente non sono la più soffice cuscino … Ma spero questo farà. ”

* (  ♡  )   The ghost prince pauses for a moment before putting his arm around Specs, the small shift allows the other to rest against his chest.  Without thinking,  he places a kiss on the top of Specs’ head,   as though it was merely out of habit && he didn’t actually realize who he just did it to.  Once he realizes what he did he hides his face in his free hand.  He would never hear the end of it if Specs knew what he had just done.  He would probably bring it up every five seconds && go on about how he actually did something loving on his own && without complaining or asking for something in return.  He instantly regrets this but it’s not like he can move now,  if he does he might actually wake up Specs && have to deal with hearing him speak so he stays still.
