This is Rainy , and her powers are about channeling fear/anxiety. If I were to ever turn this into a webcomic series, Rainy would be extra personal, because I also suffer from anxiety and am actually medicated for it. She’s her own character, but that particular part of who she is would have quite a bit of my own experiences with anxiety mixed into it. 🌧
