وَكَم لِلّهِ مِن لُطفٍ خَفيٍّ يَدِقُّ خَفاهُ عَن فَهمِ الذَكيِّ How many a hidden subtle kindness has Allah, whose concealment is too fine for the clever mind to grasp. وَكَم يُسرٍ أَتى مِن بَعدِ عُسرٍ فَفَرَّجَ كُرْبَة القَلْبِ الشَجيِّ How many an ease has come after hardship, relieving the distress of the grieving heart. وَكَم أَمرٍ تُساءُ بِهِ صَباحاً وَتَأتيكَ المَسَرَّةُ بِالعَشيِّ How many a matter brings you sorrow in the morning, yet joy comes to you by evening. إِذا ضاقَت بِكَ الأَحوالُ يَوماً فَثِق بِالواحِدِ الفَردِ العَلِيِّ When circumstances one day close in upon you, trust in (Allah) the One, the Unique, the Most High. وَلا تَجزَع إِذا ما نابَ خَطبٌ فَكَم لِلّهِ مِن لُطفٍ خَفيِّ And do not despair when a calamity befalls— for how many a hidden subtle kindness has Allah. 、 ２０２４−１４４５ © #MoatazArtworks …

Narrated Buraidah: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ [Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him] was delivering a Khutbah to us when Al-Hasan and Al-Husain [peace be upon them] came, wearing red shirts, walking and falling down. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ descended from the Minbar and carried them, and placed them in front of him. Then he said: 'Allah spoke the Truth: Indeed, your wealth and your children are a trial (64:15). I looked at these two children walking and falling down, and I could not bear patiently anymore until I interrupted my talk and picked them up." Reference: Jami` at-Tirmidhi حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، ‏:‏ بُرَيْدَةَ يَقُولُ: "كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يَخْطُبُنَا إِذْ جَاءَ الْحَسَنُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْهِمَا قَمِيصَانِ أَحْمَرَانِ يَمْشِيَانِ وَيَعْثُرَانِ فَنَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم مِنَ الْمِنْبَرِ فَحَمَلَهُمَا وَوَضَعَهُمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏صَدَقَ اللَّهُ:‏ ‏﴿إِنَّمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ﴾ نَظَرْتُ إِلَى هَذَيْنِ الصَّبِيَّيْنِ يَمْشِيَانِ وَيَعْثُرَانِ فَلَمْ أَصْبِرْ حَتَّى قَطَعْتُ حَدِيثِي وَرَفَعْتُهُمَا"‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ إِنَّمَا نَعْرِفُهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ. ﴿قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۝ الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ ۝ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنِ اللَّغْوِ مُعْرِضُونَ﴾ [المؤمنون: 1:3] Successful indeed are the believers: Those who offer their Salât (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. إلـَٰهي ما ألطفك بي مع عظيم جهلي؛ وما أرحمك بي مع قبيح فعلي. My Lord, how great is Your Gentleness towards me alongside my extreme ignorance; how great is Your Mercy towards me alongside my horrible actions. إلـَٰهي ما أقربك مني وما أبعدني عنك.
