so i have a few shifting doubts if you don’t mind!i have known it since 2020 and attempted many times in 2021,but i havent tried ever since lol.In 2021 I *think* i shifted,i did the pillow method and my eyes opened instantly(how i scripted they would once i got in my dr),my feet n hands were tingling and i was laying down watching some white above me(like the ceiling above me.could have been in my cr room but my lights were off and it was nightime).i thought it was too soon for me to open my eyes, so i closed them and i shifted back lol
but anyway srry for the long story!i have some trouble with setting intention,do you have any tips?i know i can shift and trust myself-mainly because i think that what happened in 21’ was shifting,but i dont really know what to affirm and how to set an intention

I think that you shifted in 2021, and your experience with the lights is an evidence, in my opinion. You should have more faith in yourself :)
Regarding the intention and the affermations, the law of assumption could help you a lot, and I can give you a “guide” in hope that I can help you.
1 first, you must convince yourself that you are a master shifter, that you can shift in any reality you want without problems and in a simple way, as simple as drinking a glass of water;
2 think that you already are in your desired reality, try affirm during the day that you already are in your desired reality, and do things that help you internally/with the mindset. Another advice is to do this (affirmations) multiple times during the day; the robotic affermations are a popoular ‘method’ to manifest shifting (law of assumption) and different shifters have been using them, successfully. I know that it can be hard, but remember to repeat them constantly. You can also use meditations to believe in all all those affirmations, everytime more convinced then the other. You can also visualize your DR self, or visualize you already in that place;
3 you must have a lot of faith in the process, not only in yourself and in your abilities. You have to believe in what you’re doing. Also, if you can't see immediately the results, remember that this is not the end of the world and don’t demoralise yourself, remember that you're doing many steps forward each time;
4 when you are shifting, focus on your DR, try methods or anything that you know can help you. Remember that the methods were never meant to stress you: they should relax, make you enjoy, and help with the concentration. Or you can not use them (you can shift even without methods) but, if you want to discover what’s better for you, using them and taking notes of what works and what not, is a great idea;
5 an advice that I always give is never tell "oh today I'll try", "i‘ll try but maybe I’ll wake up here again..." or something like that. But tell yourself “I am shifting" and not trying, start convinced and don't doubt. It's there waiting for you, the key is you and your trust in yourself.
