Zanka being touch starved and his first ever safe person was Enjin, so whenever he’s having a really rough time he just kinda wanders around listlessly until he finds Enjin. As soon as he sees Zanka he knows what's up, and he beckons Zanka over casually, not stopping his conversation or whatever he’s doing.
Zanka sheepishly makes his way over. It's become less embarrassing over the years, and less frequent, but sometimes he just needs it.
Enjin usually sits down in a big armchair, and zanka just kinda curls up on top him. It was easier when he was younger, and he must be heavier now, but Enjin never complains. Zanka often falls asleep, and Enjin can tell once he does because the tension Zanka always carries in his shoulders finally dissipates.
Just. Zanka not feeling comfortable or 100% safe around other ppl but Enjin is one of the few exceptions.
(Sometimes Riyo joins in when she finds them, and Enjin pretends to protest at having two people on him, but she knows he’s full of shit. When Riyo is there, Enjin tends to fall asleep too, cause having two ppl on him is like a super weighted blanket)
(Rudo hasn't yet joined in, but he lingers around and sneaks peaks at his teammates who seem so content to just... sleep on each other)
(Bonus points: jabber sees zanka go through the process of finding Enjin and then laying on him, and bc he doesn't really understand the dynamic jabber gets really jealous. When zanka is in the next opportune position, jabber does it to him. Zanka freezes up when jabber is suddenly on top of him, boney and lanky and moving too much. He questions what jabber is doing, jabber responds frustratedly that he doesn't get it, this isn't all that nice. A light bulb goes off in Zanka's head, and he realizes what jabber is attempting. He hums pleasantly and shifts them until it's comfortable and oh. Jabber understands now)
