Of course, then Luqing falls in love with Xiao Fan. Possible Luqing loving Fan's scent while his sister hates it. When they move in together, it is the first time Fan really nests properly and feels safe.
Other possible plot points:
In their time together before the 2 year separation, their bodies form a bond in everything but bite so when Luqing leaves it sucks ass.
Secret/hidden child being one of the reasons Xiao Fan earnestly tries to leave since he now has someone to fight for.
Some of the few times we see Xiao Fan happy is when he is taking care of others (specifically Luqing, but I bet it's not solely reserved for him). So an ending where Fan gets to take care of and openly love on Luqing and their children sounds perfect to me.
Basically, the way the apron drapes in the episode makes Xao Fan look pregnant, and my mind ran with it....
He became my favorite brother today. I found him super cute when he came with his little bouquet of flowers to woo Ongsa. I also greatly appreciated that he recognized kissing him without his consent was wrong and he apologized.
He may look like he is the brother who is only following his family's rules, but he has a mind of his own. He doesn't care about what is supposed to be "right" for an Alpha. I would say, he is a romantic.
