is ESPECIALLY hilarious to me having listened to multiple depositions Mark has had to take in the Sandy Hook case, where he has needed to lecture EVERY. SINGLE. ATTORNEY. at some point in the case about how they're violating Texas Rule XYZ, because they all, to a one, did something seriously ethically questionable during the deposition.

Vanilla sex isn't "wholesome sex"! Sex is not more pure just because it's done within the framework of a monogamous relationship and free from elements of kink!

"Person is so pure they probably don't even know what sex is." Purity isn't defined by the distance from sex! As if the more a person encounters sex in any context the less pure their soul becomes!

Like if starting a new daily planner gives you an amazing afternoon of planning and four days where you feel in charge of your life,

why not do it?

It doesn't matter that it won't be a permanent change - 4 good days is still worth it.

If you ever catch yourself thinking, "I wish I could pray/stretch/prep/plan/do the thing, but I always get started on that and it never lasts more than a couple of days,"

what this really means is, "hey, I can feel better for a couple of days."

but it's just fundamentally incorrect. wuh oh!!!! doesn't look like they're very destroyed here!!!!! you'll notice how these contracts are about compensating rightsholders, not artists. as will be the case for all of these trojan horse copyright victories you have the temporarily embarrassed vivziepops of the world rooting for.

copyright law is not your friend. copyright law will not save you or anyone else from the continued gutting of the creative sector. copyright law will make sure that the profits that come from this gutting will go to the same titans of industry that the profits from creative labor have already been going to. im begging everyone to stop falling for it over and over again.
