I don’t even know where to start. These fucking queerios are trying so hard to be oppressed without acknowledging any actual female oppression, it honestly makes me so tired. If she wants to keep her nails she’s going to have to sacrifice one of the visible givaways of her same-sex attraction. Keep the talons or keep the clue; those are her options. Not only does this bottle of tea know what a haiku is, it knows it better than YOU guys. Because we all focus on the syllable count- yes, important- we essentially don’t discuss the fact that traditionally, haiku was most often about pastoral themes and depictions of the timeless beauty of the world. (See, for example, the works of Issa, Buson, and Bashõ.) This is more true to the works of classical haiku poets than MANY I’ve read. Also, this is maybe the first haikubot post I’ve seen that has anything near the proper cadence and troche structure.
