𐙚 Here's a little about me. I'm a 4n4 girl who went into recovery years ago, and because of that, I became really overweight. Now I'm trying to get back to my old weight. 𐙚
I started with the €d when I was little, about 8 years old. My mother told me something I'll never forget: "No one will love you if you're not thin." It's worth clarifying that she always was an almond mom. The phrase deeply affected me, and from then on I began to struggle with my weight.
I moved in with my grandmother when I was 16, and there I suffered a very severe episode of depression where I was binge eating all the time I reached my highest weight of 85kg, that's when I said "enough!", I decided to go all in and cut my calories losing 30kg in 3 months, unfortunately I attracted a lot of attention and they decided to hospitalize me.
I am now taking control of my life again after gaining 70kg for recovery.
I started off perfectly! But today I acted like a fool, ate half a sandwich, a piece of bread, and Chinese food. I have to learn to say no to my family!

I'm good with discipline but I don't know what happened to me today, I'll take a laxative and make up for it tomorrow.
(Sorry if my English isn't good, I'm a Spanish speaker and I'm doing my best.
