Gdi why is it people don't believe you're in pain unless you have a gaping hole in you somewhere??

So for 2 months now I've been dealing with a growing pain in my lower back that's been spreading to my thigh to the point I can't stand up for more than 2 minutes if I'm lucky. I've never felt pain this debilitating before in my life. And I live alone with no help. (My siblings don't help unless there's money involved.) And the only way to get to the dumpster is down a flight of stairs. So of course the place goes to shit because I have no help and can barely move.

Finally I go to the ER after 2 months of just trying to find a decent doctor because my previous one just fucking ghosts for no reason. At this point I'm pretty sure it's sciatica from all the non-AI websites I'm willing to believe. ER doc confirmed it. But not much anyone can do until I get approval for an Xray. Welcome to US healthcare system. Only works if you're rich.

In the meantime, I finally manage to coordinate with my bro to help get the growing trash out my place. I admit to my sister I'm embarrassed with how it's gotten. And both, BOTH of them imply (sis) or state outright (bro) that I shouldn't let it get this bad.

Excuuuuuuse me for feeling pain so bad I can't stand up on the first try. So sorry that me almost face planting stops me from taking trash down a fucking flight of stars. And a thousand of your finest fucking pardons that my previous routine of taking out trash was broken because of, what was it? Oh yeah, pain.

I got bro talking about "this is hoarding" As though I made a conscious choice to keep the trash. And sis going "You can't let it get that bad" Let it? Let it?

She's had similar pain but she has a roomie/bestie who can carry the load, and my bro has a (rather mediocre) in-home worker to help him. I got squat. I could have had help, but I was trying to be nice and wait to see if my sis and cousin wanted the job. Only a year later does sis finally say I should get someone else because of "how bad it's gotten".

AI? Like the AI Walmart uses that can never find my order? Or the AI they installed used in medical transportation phoneline that kept asking me the same question over and over? That AI? For protection?
