I have a funny story with this design detail for mumbo, because initially it would be logical to draw a formal shoes for a suit, but at some point I realized that it was starting to give completely the wrong vibe and the impression that I have in mind about his character. I really wanted to make him some detail in his clothes that would show his irl personality, and changing shoes to converses turned out to be the first thought, but for some reason I still resisted with this. and when he returned to youtube with the video, I immediately noticed black converses while watching and instantly just "okAY- HERE. THAT’S IT. I’M CHANGING THE DESIGN.", and it turned out to be the best solution.

Free forever, have fun, Clip Studio only, etc, you can throw me tips for snacks & my electricity bill if you want.

note: He hasn't made comment if other 'demonic' characteristics depictions bother him too, like netherborn demon headcanons etc. but he has liked fanart on twitter that include sharp teeth, pointy ears and fire, so that's all I know about that
